Challenge PCN

Select this option if you have received a Penalty Charge Notice in the last 28 days and you wish to dispute it.

When choosing this option, you will be directed to our form which you will need to complete in order for us to consider your challenge. Please upload any supporting evidence that may be relevant.

If you make a challenge within the first 14 days of the Penalty Charge Notice being issued and your challenge is rejected, the discount period will be offered again for a further 14 days.

Select this option if you have received a Notice to Owner and would like to dispute the Penalty Charge Notice.

You have received a Notice to Owner as it is after 28 days since the Penalty Charge Notice was served or because you have received a postal Penalty Charge Notice.

If you have received a Charge Certificate, it is now too late to appeal the Penalty Charge Notice.
